Thank you for purchasing the OrganicLean Professional Brush Cleanser Machine and AloeVera Liquid Solution. Your satisfaction is important to us. Below you will find our policy on returns and refunds to ensure your shopping experience remains positive and hassle-free.
Returns
Customers are eligible to return the OrganicLean Professional Brush Cleanser Machine and AloeVera Liquid Solution within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it,
- Unused or unopened,
- In its original packaging, with all accessories included,
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note that we do not accept returns of used products due to hygiene and health safety matters unless they are defective. Products found to be damaged or used will not be eligible for a return or exchange.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items),
- Sale items or products purchased using a discount code.
These items can only be refunded or exchanged in the case of a manufacturing defect or if they were damaged during shipping.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, usually within one billing cycle of your credit card.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@organiclean.com and send your item to our postal address, which will be provided upon request through our support channel.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail it to the postal address provided with your return request authorization. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item is defective. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items of significant value. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and are not responsible for any items lost in transit.
